These terms of service (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website (“Site”), operated by JBS Power Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) based in Katunga, VIC. By browsing the Site or sending an enquiry through it, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site.

1. Who we are

JBS Power Solutions is a licensed electrical, refrigeration and HVAC business operating across the Murray Valley, Goulburn Valley & Southern NSW, holding electrical contractor licence REC 36211.

2. Use of this website

The Site is provided for general information about our services, and to let you send us a free, no-obligation enquiry. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or our systems
• submit false, misleading or malicious information through our contact form
• use automated tools to scrape, spam or overload the site
• copy, reproduce or republish the site's content for commercial purposes without our permission

3. Quotes are not a binding contract

Sending an enquiry through the Site does not create a contract between us. It's the start of a conversation. A job only proceeds once we've confirmed the scope and price with you directly — by phone or in writing — and you've agreed to go ahead. The actual electrical or refrigeration work we carry out for you is governed by that separate quote or agreement, not by these Terms.

4. Pricing & payment

Quotes requested through the Site are free and come with no obligation. Any price we give you is confirmed in writing before work starts; any call-out or after-hours rate that applies will be confirmed with you when you book.

5. Cancellations & rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked job, please give us as much notice as you can by calling 0459 450 833. Any cancellation terms for a specific job will be set out in the written quote for that job.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's text, design and logo are owned by JBS Power Solutions or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute or reuse them without our written permission.

7. Warranties & disclaimers

We aim to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free, or uninterrupted. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law in relation to the trade services we actually carry out for you — those apply regardless of anything said here.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, JBS Power Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. This clause does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information submitted through the Site, and forms part of these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or our services. The current version will always be available on this page, with the “last updated” date shown above.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
