This site doesn't have accounts or logins — there's nothing to sign up for. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to give us through our contact form:

• your name and phone number
• your email address, if you provide one
• the service you're enquiring about and your preferred time to be contacted
• any details you share about the job in the message field

Our contact form hands your enquiry straight to your own email app, addressed to us — the details you type never pass through or get stored on our servers. We don't collect payment details through the site; payment is arranged directly with you once a job is confirmed.

2. How we use it

We use the information in your enquiry to respond to it, provide a quote, and arrange and carry out the job. We don't use your details for ongoing email or SMS marketing, and we don't sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

3. Cookies & tracking

We don't run advertising or third-party tracking cookies on this site, and we don't build profiles of individual visitors. The typefaces used on this site are bundled with the site itself rather than loaded from a third-party server, so viewing a page doesn't send your details anywhere beyond our own host.

4. Hosting

This site is hosted on Vercel, which — like any web host — keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance. Vercel does not receive any information you enter into our contact form, since that form submits directly to your own email client rather than to our server.

5. Data security & retention

We take reasonable steps to protect any personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access or disclosure. We keep enquiry and job records for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purpose they were collected for, including any period required by law.

6. Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below. We'll respond within a reasonable time. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your information, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

7. Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults arranging trade services and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to the site or how we operate. The current version will always be available on this page, with the “last updated” date shown above.
